About this accommodation
At 286 meters above sea level, Morne de Vitet is the highest point on Saint Barthélémy. It offers numerous starting points for nature walks. Very authentic and sparsely urbanized, the Vitet district is particularly peaceful.
The beach is a 5-minute walk away, and the lagoon of Grand Cul de Sac is a 10-minute walk away, where you can swim with the turtles and stingrays. All amenities are nearby (5min by car).
Accommodation
On your arrival, our manager, Patrice, will be happy to meet you at the airport / Ferry to accompany you to the villa, he will remain contactable throughout your stay.
A single-storey villa built in 2015, in the heights of Vitet, surrounded by a lush private garden composed of traveler’s trees, multiplying hedges and various tropical plants.
It comprises an entrance hall opening onto a guest toilet and a private office area with RJ45 / Wifi socket, with direct access to the Zen area.
A living room with a comfortable 6-seater corner sofa, an 85-inch TV with Canal+ satellite decoder and access to Netflix, Disney and Prime.
A kitchen with a central island, including oven, microwave, induction/gas hob, American fridge with ice dispenser, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, toaster, wine cellar & all you need to cook.
You can enjoy your meals on the covered terrace, featuring a small fridge, table and 6 chairs overlooking the pool & garden.
Access to the storeroom with washing machine & tumble dryer on request.
A master suite with king-size bed ( 2m x 2m ) including TV, bathroom with WC, walk-in shower & double washbasin as well as a large dressing room with safe.
A second bedroom with king-size bed ( 1.80m x 2m ) & TV, safe, as well as a private terrace adjoining a shower room with WC, walk-in shower and double basin.
A third bedroom with Queen-size bed ( 1.60m x 2m ) & TV, safe, adjoining a shower room with WC, walk-in shower and double basin.
Bed linen & towels provided.
The pool house includes an outdoor shower, resin lounge, 4 deckchairs around the 3.50m x 8m pool, a zen area with a 5-seater SPA, not overlooked.
Beach towels provided.
Access via the garden to a gym with treadmill, weight cage, 3-seater sofa with overhead projector, 7.2 sound system, Playstation console, 2200-game arcade and Bonzini table soccer.

It’s not uncommon to come across an iguana, turtles and a cat born in the garden, now 8 years old, who’ll be sure to pay you a visit.

Patrice is at your disposal for any other requests ( private chef, breakfast, event organization, use of washer/dryer, massage session, etc… )
